The mini version currently retains for 4,600€ and its overall retail price has increased over the years and will probably keep increasing. One of the positives is that it is a timeless design that will be a valuable addition to any wardrobe for many years to come. When it comes to its investment value unfortunately it doesn’t have any since these bags do not hold their value very well. You can easily score a Lady Dior on a second-hand website even for 3,000€.

So happy for your post appreciation! To answer your question: This bag is still pretty new, so it hasn’t been loved as other bags of mine yet. However, compared to the Channel’s lambskin leather this one definitely seems more durable and less sensitive to scratches so from a value-for-money point of you it seems better. But from an investment, POV the Channel Classic Flap is definitely better, since its value has increased enormously since I bough it!

Hello, thank you for stopping by! I’ve heard there are protective stickers, but they are not 100% effective in protecting the bag’s hardware. I might need to do further research 🙂
